inspired by Japanese heritage and quiet elegance.

【Our Process】
    Step 1: WhatsApp Consultation
         A personalized session to discuss
         your preferences in color, pattern,
         and design.

   Step 2:Advance Payment
        A standard deposit of ¥50,000 is
        required to secure your order.
        Please note that for premium
        historical fabrics, such as Yuzen,
        a higher upfront payment may
        be requested depending on the
        value of the selected piece.
        The deposit will be deducted from
        your final total.

   Step 3: Curating Authentic Japanese Silk
         We source a vintage silk kimono
         exclusively tailored to your taste.  

   Step 4: Design Layout Approval
         Before the first cut is made,
         we share the proposed pattern layout
         with you. This ensures the most
         beautiful parts of the kimono are
         positioned exactly  where you want them.

   Step 5: Final Quote Confirmation and
                Balance Payment

   Step 6: Restoration & Preparation
　　  The vintage kimono is gently unpicked
         by hand, cleaned, and restored.
         This preparation honors the fabric’s
         heritage while ensuring it is refreshed
         for its new life.

   Step 7: Handcrafting & Updates
         Meticulous tailoring with regular progress
         updates shared directly with you.

   Step 8: Inspection & Signature Packaging
         After a rigorous quality check,
         your masterpiece is placed in our
         signature Kiri Box—a final touch of
         Japanese elegance,  ready for its
         journey to you.
