Upon request from customers, the Company will promptly provide documents or electronic communications (such as email) containing matters related to advertising disclosures as required by law.

 

Sales Price

The price displayed on each product detail page (displayed price, inclusive of consumption tax).

Payment Methods and Timing of Payment

Payment shall be made at the time of application by credit card, cashless payment methods, or other available payment methods.
Payment is completed at the time determined by the relevant credit card company or cashless payment service provider.

 

Delivery Time and Method

Products will be shipped within three (3) to seven (7) business days after the order is confirmed.

However, for made-to-order products (such as semi-custom hijabs or products with name embroidery), shipment will be made within approximately one (1) month after order confirmation.
Products will be shipped after completion of manufacturing and inspection, and customers will be notified at the time of shipment.

 

Returns and Refunds

Except in cases where the Product is non-conforming to the contract or where a Product different from the one purchased has been delivered, and provided that the customer notifies the Company by email within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Product, returns will not be accepted.

Where returns or refunds are accepted, the Company shall bear the costs associated with the return and refund.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The Product has been used or shows signs of use;
  • The Product has been soiled or damaged by the customer;
  • Product tags, packaging boxes, instruction manuals, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, lost, discarded, or removed;
  • The Product has been repaired, cleaned, washed, or otherwise processed after delivery;
  • Any other Products for which the relevant product page clearly states that returns are not accepted.

支払方法および支払の時期： 
お申し込み時にクレジットカード決済、キャッシュレス決済等によりお支払いいただきます。決済は、クレジット会社やキャッシュレス決済事業者の所定の時期に完了します。

 

商品の引渡時期・方法
注文が確定してから3〜7営業日以内に発送いたします。

ただし、受注生産品（セミオーダーヒジャブ、名前刺繍）の場合は、注文確定からおよそ１か月以内に発送いたします。製造、検品完了後に発送、発送時に連絡いたします。

 

返品について
商品に契約不適合がある場合又は購入した商品とは別の商品が届いた場合で、商品到着後7日以内にその旨をメールにて通知いただいた場合を除き、返品には応じかねますのでご了承ください。

返品・返金が可能である場合、返品・返金に掛かる費用は当方で負担いたします。
下記の場合には返品等はお受けできません。

  • 一度ご使用になられた場合、またはその形跡がある場合
  • お客様が汚損・破損された商品
  • 商品タグ・商品の箱・説明書等の付属品を汚損・破損・紛失・破棄された場合
  • お届け後、修理、クリーニング、お洗濯等された商品
  • その他　各商品掲載ページにご返品をお受け出来ない旨記載があるもの
