Refund policy

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

  Except in cases where the Product is non-conforming to the contract or where a Product different from the one purchased has been delivered, and provided that the customer notifies the Company by email within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Company does not accept returns.
Please note that no returns will be accepted in any other circumstances.

Where returns or refunds are accepted, the Company shall bear the costs associated with the return and refund.

 Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in any of the following cases:

  • The Product has been used, or shows signs of having been used;
  • The Product has been soiled or damaged by the customer;
  • Product tags, packaging boxes, instruction manuals, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, lost, discarded, or removed;
  • The Product has been repaired, cleaned, washed, or otherwise processed after delivery;
  • Any other Products for which the relevant product page clearly states that returns are not accepted.

キャンセル・返品・交換について

商品に契約不適合がある場合又は購入した商品とは別の商品が届いた場合で、商品到着後7日以内にその旨をメールにて通知いただいた場合を除き、返品には応じかねますのでご了承ください。

返品・返金が可能である場合、返品・返金に掛かる費用は当方で負担いたします。

下記の場合には返品等はお受けできません。

  • 一度ご使用になられた場合、またはその形跡がある場合
  • お客様が汚損・破損された商品
  • 商品タグ・商品の箱・説明書等の付属品を汚損・破損・紛失・破棄された場合
  • お届け後、修理、クリーニング、お洗濯等された商品
  • その他 各商品掲載ページにご返品をお受け出来ない旨記載があるもの
